Top Box:
Do you want to promote your business by offering products or services to targeted audience? With Top Box you can send a gift card, a free product or a discount card only to users who have selected this service within the platform.
What does this mean? These users have stated more information about themselves (interests, age, gender, region, etc.) thus your Top Box is sent only to those with preferences that match your business.
Nevertheless! Your offer must be worthwhile for them to visit you and make them regular customers.
Top Club & Top Box services will be available from 14/3/2022.

The promotion at Top Town is annual (for Pro & Top subscription plans) for the best and most effective presentation of your business to our users.
Yes! You can cancel your subscription in the platform whenever you want.
As for the Basic plan (free) you have no restrictions.

To cancel your subscription you must either go to your business dashboard in the category "My account" and press"Cancel" at the point that informs you about your plan, or send us an email at info@toptown.gr with your request and we will contact you!
By registering your business you have accepted the Terms of Use of the platform which include the Cancellation Policy of your subscription. You can read about it here.
